What type of hair do you offer?

Our natural hair comes in straight to curly pattern and from one donor. We cannot guarantee the hair color. Typically the color will range from a 1B to 2. You may request a prepaid label to send back and we will do our best to meet your request.

What payment terms do you offer?

Terms of payment are always 100% payment upon purchase and we accept all forms of payment. 

Can I make purchases offline?

We do accept offline purchases and payments can be submitted via Cash App/ 

What are you shipping and processing policy?

Products will be shipped out up to 3-4 days after purchase. 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We do not offer refunds, exchanges only. 

How do I care for the hair?

We suggest that hair should always be washed in sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner. 

When washing your bundles, always use lukewarm water to retain moisture & nutrients.
